A hooker is murdered and a child witness is pursued. The mob sends a hit man to protect a corrupt politician. Both the killer and the child are to die, but the hit man lost a sister to a rapist and murderer, so John Cantrell protects the child, a teenage girl named Jennifer, and falls in love with her.
